Paid but cannot access your tools?

1. Return through your Paystack confirmation link.
2. Sign in with the same account used for checkout.
3. Open My membership and retry the access check.
4. Keep your receipt and transaction reference for support. Do not pay again before checking the first payment.

Never send your card number, PIN, password or one-time code to support.

Report a listing

Include the opportunity title, source URL and the issue, such as an expired deadline, incorrect location or a request for payment. Do not include identity documents.
