Terms, subscriptions and refund requests

Updated 15 Oct 2026. These terms describe NextStride Africa’s current service.

Applications and sources

We provide discovery and preparation tools. Employers, universities and funders determine eligibility and selections. NextStride does not sell application slots or guarantee interviews, employment, visas, scholarships or grants. International listings do not guarantee visa sponsorship or permission to work.

Paid plans

Premium costs ₦2,999 for 30 days and includes the full CV and résumé builder with supported document imports, optional AI-assisted corrections and PDF or Word downloads, plus CV achievement, interview story and LinkedIn profile builders. International Premium costs ₦4,999 for 30 days and includes the toolkit, selected international job details and source links, country guides, document checklists and preparation drafts. You do not need both plans.

Renewal is manual. The checkout shows the amount and payment mode before payment. Access begins after server verification of a successful matching payment. Test payments are labelled and do not purchase live access.

Not included today

Automated matched email, WhatsApp or Telegram alerts and done-for-you application support are not active services in either plan. CV import supports text-based PDFs, Word .docx and TXT up to the limits shown in the builder; scanned PDFs and older .doc files need conversion or pasted text. Country and industry settings provide common professional conventions, not a guaranteed match to every employer or specialist application. Optional AI suggestions require review and may contain errors. Confirm names, dates, qualifications and achievements before applying. Tools help you draft and organise your own information; review output before using it.

Payment problems and refunds

For duplicate payments, incorrect charges or paid access that cannot be delivered, email support@nextstrideafrica.com with your receipt and transaction reference. See our contact page for access-recovery steps. We review the transaction and service issue before determining an appropriate correction or refund. Do not make another payment to resolve an unverified transaction. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Responsible use

Use truthful application information. Do not impersonate others, submit deceptive openings, misuse accounts or attempt to access another member’s private data. We may remove deceptive submissions and restrict misuse.

Referrals

Current referral rules require three distinct eligible first payments on the same plan, a seven-day refund check and one reward per paid cycle. Qualified rewards extend that plan by 30 days. See the referral dashboard for your actual status.

Availability

Sources can change or close listings. We cannot promise uninterrupted third-party feeds or a particular number of suitable jobs. Check the original listing’s country, qualifications and deadline before applying.
